Our client’s KitchenAid KSIB900ESS stove was having a problem. The heat wasn’t reaching their desired temperature so they called us in to look at it. Thanks to same-day service, we were able to service the oven immediately. In order to make sure the power source was not damaged, we first checked the wiring and power receptacle. We examined the oven inside and found that the bake element had been severely damaged. The bake element developed blistering and breakage, so it needed to be replaced. After ordering replacement parts, we returned to replace the heating element. In order to verify that the KSIB900ESS stove worked again, we set it to different temperatures and settings. The stove repair was successful and our clients were happy with the results.
